We refuse to compromise on quality in our restaurant and bar. That's why we source our fresh ingredients from local suppliers and shops for our sushi and sashimi. No matter what time of year, you can be sure you're eating the best of the season from one of the best restaurants. We make all our broths from scratch for our Ramen and Udon noodle soups. Our Tempura dishes are also made from scratch in house!
